PCB Assembly

HyperPCB assembles the boards it fabricates — SMT, through-hole and mixed technology from a single prototype to 1,000-piece runs, with 100% AOI, 3D X-ray on BGAs and electrical test before shipment.

One owner for board and assembly

When fabrication and assembly sit in different companies, a solder defect turns into an argument about pad geometry. Here the stack-up, surface finish and pad design are ours, so a wetting problem is diagnosed against the actual process record instead of being escalated between suppliers.

What we need to quote

Gerber or ODB++, a BOM with manufacturer part numbers, centroid or pick-and-place data, assembly drawing, quantity and whether you are supplying components or want us to source them. Missing centroid data is the most common reason a quote stalls.

Inspection and records

Every assembly passes AOI; hidden joints under BGAs, QFNs and LGAs are checked by 3D X-ray. Results are recorded against the lot alongside the bare-board fabrication data.

— FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. There is no minimum order quantity for assembly, and the same inspection steps apply.

Either. We can source the full BOM, work from consigned parts, or split the BOM between the two.

Yes — 3D X-ray is applied to BGAs and other joints that cannot be inspected optically.
