Component Sourcing

HyperPCB sources components from franchised distributors against your BOM and AVL, reports lead-time and allocation risk before the build starts, and records every component lot against the finished assembly.

The BOM review happens before the schedule is promised

We price and check availability line by line, then send back the exceptions: obsolete parts, single-source risks, long leads and minimum order quantities that distort the build cost. It is a cheaper conversation before the order than after.

Where parts come from

Franchised and authorised distribution only, unless you approve an alternative channel in writing for a specific line. Moisture-sensitive devices are stored and baked per J-STD-033, and every lot is recorded against your assembly.
